SqipCom Ltd provides web sites for social and business networking, communication, entertainment, collaboration and commercial transactions.

SqipCom have some very straight forward terms and policies that you need to be aware of:

General: No; patently offensive content that promotes or incites racism, bigotry, hatred or violence, harassment of another person or group, exploiting people in a sexual or violent manner, explicit adult or child pornography, images or video containing excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains links to adult websites, soliciting personal information from anyone under the age of 18, publicly posting information that poses a privacy or security risk to any person, constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous,  constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted material, providing information to circumvent manufacturer installed copy protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music, video or other multi media files, unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, spamming, information that furthers or promotes any criminal activity, provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, explosive devices or any other known proscribed weapon, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses, soliciting passwords or personal identifying information for any purpose, publishing a photograph or video of another person without that person's consent, violating the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person, company, institution or organization.

Commerce: SqipCom publish web pages within its; social site and Shopping Portal that allow commercial activity.

You can offer any item on these sites as long as you are legally entitled to do so within your jurisdiction; you understand and confirm that you are not contravening any laws that prohibit the offer or sale of products & services within your legal jurisdiction or contravening any international laws, prohibitions and exclusions that exist in respect to the item or items you are displaying for sale.

Affiliates: The Affiliate is of legal age to participate in Sqip from within his/her jurisdiction. The Affiliate shall not promote Sqip in a way that contravenes the laws, conditions or prohibitions within the legal jurisdiction where the member resides or has a business location or is accessing the Sqip web sites.. This includes but is not limited to; Making guarantees, promises or warranties on behalf of SqipCom Ltd with regard to potential business growth, success or profits.

Stakeholders: The Stakeholder may purchase Private Equity Points (PEPs) subject to availability. PEPs give no voting or controlling rights in SqipCom Ltd. .SqipCom Ltd reserves the right to suspend the allocation of Private Equity Points without notice and at its’ discretion. The Stakeholder may at any time sell, gift, donate or otherwise transfer ownership of PEPs to any individual, group or legal entity. SqipCom ltd will buy back the PEPs from the Stakeholder upon the sale of the company. SqipCom further reserves the right to make a buy back offer prior to it being sold off. The timeframe and schedule to buy back PEPs is at the discretion of SqipCom Ltd. In the event that SqipCom Ltd can no longer operate, provide or offer it’s services for any reason, the member agrees to relinquish and permanently release SqipCom Ltd, its’ directors, shareholders, partners, affiliates or any other person, business or organization who is involved with or providing services to SqipCom ltd from any repayment, compensation, profit share, claims for damages or any other claim either explicit or non explicit.

Refund Policy: SqipCom provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product purchased, you may request a full refund. Refunds are processed and paid within 48 hours. Refunds apply to Sqip Messenger Pro subscriptions.

Risk & Liability: The Member agrees to indemnify SqipCom Ltd without reservation and explicitly against any loss, claim, harm or any other event, experience or situation the member may experience via any or all of the web sites provided in the Sqip portal.

Terms & Policy violations: SqipCom Ltd reserves the right to suspend the account or withhold payments or ban or report any member for violation of these terms and policies.
